NOTICE: These instructions and features are specific to OnLoad administrators.


To start the utilization of your company account, it's important to register it online. Go to and click "Register".

Fill out the information requested on the registration page.

Account Setup

Once registration has been completed, you will be taken to the “Account Setup” page, this is where you will select your country, time zone, and purpose for utilizing OnLoad.

User Installation

The user will receive a “welcome email” which will highlight the instructions necessary to log in to their respective account and set login credentials.

After this, they will be instructed to download the OnLoad application on either the Google Play Store or App Store.

Load Dispatch

Once the user has installed the application, then, they will be showcased loads assigned to them in the “upcoming loads” section.

They will be able to accept or reject loads accordingly.

Once the user has accepted a load, the load information will be displayed. They will be able to view load details such as Load #, PU #, Weight, Driver Pay, and Total Mileage.

As the load progresses, the user will be able to add mandatory shipping documents per stop (i.e. BOLs, PODs).

After completing all pickups and dropoffs associated with the load, the user can review the load and then submit for approval.

Administrative Approval

After the load has been submitted by the user. The administrator will be notified, and are able to accept or reject the load accordingly.
